Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and GenZTalk Inc ("GenZTalk"). By creating an account or using GenZTalk you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use GenZTalk.

1. Who can use GenZTalk

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You may not use GenZTalk if you were banned before or if the law does not allow you to.

2. Your account

3. Your content

You own what you post: text, photos, videos, live streams, messages and polls. By posting you give GenZTalk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, show, translate, resize and share that content so GenZTalk works (for example in feeds, search, notifications and shares). You must have the rights to everything you post. Family and Group posts are shown only to members, but members can still see and remember them.

4. What's not allowed

5. Safety checks and enforcement

GenZTalk uses GZ to automatically check photos, videos, profile photos, banners, Go Live streams and video calls for nude or sexual content. It also filters banned words and spam (see the Privacy Policy, section 6). Unsafe content is blocked, or the live stream/call is ended, and you get a warning. Three blocks within 30 days lead to an automatic 7-day suspension. Depending on how serious a violation is, we may remove content, limit features, suspend your account for a set time or permanently, or remove the account. You can appeal from the notice on your account; a person will review it.

6. Messages and calls

You can message or call someone only if they follow you or have messaged you, or if you are both active members of the same Family/Group. Blocked users cannot contact each other. Calls connect directly between the people in them and are not recorded by GenZTalk. You are responsible for following the law when you use calls.

7. Go Live

To go live you need a profile photo and a display name, and your account must not be suspended. Your approximate location (city/state/country) may be shown on the live stream, and recordings may be saved as replays on your post. The live-stream rules in section 4 apply the whole time you are live.

8. GZ features

GZ (GZ) Assistant, post rewriting, translation and other automated features may make mistakes. Check important information before you rely on it. Do not use GZ to create content that breaks these Terms.

9. Premium

Premium costs ₹100 (or the price shown before you pay) and gives you a blue checkmark, longer posts, post editing, GZ rewrites and no ads. Paid features renew until you cancel. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires. Premium can be removed if you break these Terms.

10. Verification badges

Gold and grey badges are given only by the GenZTalk team after reviewing your application. Your account must be at least 24 hours old and have a profile photo and display name, and it must not be suspended. Changing your name or photo may remove the badge. Giving false documents leads to removal and may be reported.

11. Creator program

Approved creators get 50% of the ad revenue from views on their posts, as worked out by GenZTalk. Views must be real; fake or bought views are not paid and can lead to removal from the program. Payouts are made by hand to the payout details you give, and you are responsible for keeping them correct and for paying any taxes. We may hold or reverse earnings that come from fraud or rule-breaking.

12. Advertising

Advertisers pay per view from a prepaid balance. Every ad is reviewed before it runs, and editing an ad sends it back for review. Ads must be truthful and legal and must not target people unfairly. GenZTalk may reject or stop any ad. Advertisers who use the GenZTalk pixel must tell their own visitors about it. Reports show totals only, never personal data.

13. Third-party content and services

GenZTalk shows content from others, such as YouTube videos, live scores and news headlines. We are not responsible for third-party content, websites or services.

14. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from settings, and it is removed from GenZTalk straight away. As explained in the Privacy Policy, we keep an encrypted archive of your account details, content and activity records for safety, fraud-prevention and legal reasons. We may also suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.

15. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

GenZTalk is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees that it will always work, be error-free, or that GZ checks will catch all bad content. GenZTalk is an intermediary and is not responsible for content posted by users. To the extent the law allows, GenZTalk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid GenZTalk in the last 12 months, or ₹1,000 if that is more.

16. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against GenZTalk because of your content or because you broke these Terms, you agree to cover GenZTalk's reasonable losses and costs, to the extent the law allows.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts in India that have jurisdiction, after first trying to resolve them through our grievance officer.

18. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using GenZTalk, you accept the new Terms. Contact: GenZTalk Inc, 1050 Wall St W - 630, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071, USA. Email: support@genztalk.com
